MARKUS SAARLÄNDER

Mr Berlin himself DJ Markus Saarländer, who will be bringing his melodic and emotive sound mixed in with some serious fun to end the night.Markus started Berlin Brighton in 2014 with the simple aim of bringing a slice of Berlin to the city by showcasing underground sounds from multiple genres not just Techno. Berlin has become one of Brighton's most respected club nights with many collaborations, pop-up parties, two radio shows and of course the famous seafront beach terrace parties.

Markus has also made numerous appearances on other radio shows, festivals & club nights across the country as well as in Barcelona, Ibiza and Germany. In true Berlin fashion expect a happy ending to finish you off :D

Is this night for you? Come if you like House, Deep House, Tech House, Funk, Funky House & Techno. If you like these artists then this night is for you! Solomun, Anja Schneider, David August, Steve Bug, Tube & Berger, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Tensnake, Tiefschwarz, Sidney Charles, Monika Kruse, Einmusik, Stephan Bodzin, Paul Kalkbrenner, Sven Väth, Purple Disco Machine, Superlover, Soul Button, Super Flu, Mat.Joe etc

Perhaps it's not for you if you like: Commercial music, commercial house, pop, VIP, that dangley piece of rope separating you from everyone else in VIP, attitude, bad vibes, egos, geordie shore, d'n'b, garage, reggae, beyonce, r'n'b, kanye west, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Swedish House Mafia, the tories, death metal, you get the picture :D

Why does Berlin now charge entry? We want to bring you some of the best up and coming artists and continue to share with you ground breaking underground music. To do that we need to finance the night and we can no longer fund it for free especially if we're bringing over artists from Berlin. We are still the cheapest club night in Brighton and we aim to keep to that and make underground music accessible to all.
